Build Highlights:

• Two row perimeter picture frame installed on deck and stairs using two color scheme
• TimberTech Azek composite cladding materials used to cover the face of stairs, frame, beam and support posts providing a clean and professional finish with no maintenance
• Trex Enhance composite railings were installed including rails, post sleeves, caps & skirts
• Low voltage lighting system installed on stair risers
